Interesting...
I went to Texas and Houston and have my ideas of how the football atmosphere compares. Did you go to games in Austin? Whaddyathink?

On the flipside, I have a graduate degree from UT-Austin and probably wouldn't pee on Mack Brown if he were on fire.

If I had been offered the chance to go to a better school then LSU, I'd have seen you during the summers.
Penn St., Notre Dame, etc.
See ya. Thats not even Ivy league. Just damn fine schools.
Opportunity doesn't define a Tiger fan.

I went to a couple of games, mainly to cheer on Iowa State (my wife's family's allegiance).
ISU was darn good that year with Seneca Wallace and it was a pretty big game.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the general atmosphere at JJF@DKRMS. It was a rainy, muggy day, but still. As clearly psychotic as A&M fans are, and as horrible a stadium as Kyle Field is, the atmosphere at A&M is much, much better on gameday.
