If you have to question that they you are far from a Loyal Tiger and should give them up to a fan who does not question price because of his love of LSU and his recognition of the success of LSU football over the last decade.

i have four and would love to get two more. i pay only $20 per game to park,it is reserved, secure and just half block from from the old softball field. I wish i could get away game and championship tickets but i dont have enough points.

My 4 season tickets and parking pass will cost me about $4,000 next year.

If you have great seats and are high enough with loyalty points and TAF renewals to get BCSNCG, Big SEC road game tickets and other BCS game tickets pretty much automatically, then you need to consider these privledges/value(s) also, cause that tap would be cut off

I ask myself this every year.....and I say yes....

I look forward to LSU football all year long...I enjoy parking and tailgating with the same people each Saturday year after year...I enjoy sitting around people that I have sat near for decades as our families have grown up....and most of all, when people are scrambling around looking for a ticket to a big game, I know mine are at home on my desk....

Tens of thousands of people are on the waiting list for tickets each year that would just love to have my tickets if I ever decide that I don't want them...

Spankum, I feel the exact same way. I dont want the headache of scrambling for tickets for the big games so its worth some money to not have to sweat it and not have to worry about counterfeits and what not.

Concidering I buy season tickets 2nd hand for over face every year while my name rots on the waiting list, it's definitely worth it to me.
Many times I have thought about skipping the tickets and just tailgate and watch from the tailgate.

a good reminder why i'm not buying season tickets anytime soon

it's not hard to get tickets to even big games for face, and if you want to pay a slight premium to secure them, then that's there, too. hell, i got a ticket to bama-LSU 2008 for FREE

I definitely don't by them for the season and probably never will. If you know what you are doing, you can go to every game by just looking for tickets. Hell, you really only have to work I get tickets for MAYBE one game.

The hardest this year for me was the Florida game. Got 3 together on the 50 for face about 30 mins before the game. There really are a lot of tickets out there

That works for me for road games, but tailgating is a passion of mine. I take it as serious as I do the game. I actually prefer setting up the canopy, firing up the generator to run the tv and sound system and partying outdoors.

what are the advantages over having a party with the same people at a house?

Just looking at the home schedule I'd be pretty confident I'd be able to get a pair in the lowers at face for SC, and Wash. Below face for OM and MS St. And Free-15 bucks for the rest of the OOC crap.

You could then ball out and buy Stadium Club tickets for Bama and still save thousands of dollars.

I've already begun to give it thought, and all of my alumni dollars will be going to the University, specifically the college I graduated from. I'll buy my football tickets on the side.

The atmosphere!
Interacting with neighboring tailgaters. Interacting with visiting fans and introducing them to LSU tailgating.

Talking football with many fans >>> hearing my neighbors cut grass or my others neighbors dog yapping at the fence because I'm cooking in my own yard.
