re: Are players just going to opt out halfway through the season every time we go 9-3 or less?

Yeah we need a coach that's woke so the little libtard players don't get their little feelings hurt and fake injuries and enter transfer portals.

I agree with your last sentence, I just wonder, if players like Chase and probably Stingley continue to be drafted high, if the standards will raise.

The irony is that a player who “opts out” to avoid injury/prepare for the combine (Chase) is probably going to get drafted higher than a player who actually gets injured and has surgery (Stingley).

We need to except that when the next coach gets in, we could get worst before we get better. This roster is ruined, O has developed a team of soft arse losers. Pure embarrassment and disrespect to the game much less LSU. We better get a coach with some nuts to weather the storm that this fan base will give. Half this riser would walk off vs play for a tuff coach like Saban or Swinney.

Clearly some of the players feel no obligation to honor their side of the scholarship deal. No real obligation to their teammates. It’s at all the big schools it seems.

Maybe new coach should re-evaluate caliber kids he goes after

I think that’s what folks see in Napier with his ULL squad. I see a well coached disciplined team that works their arse off. You don’t have but a hand full of 3 stars on that roster. Then watch LSU and you see unorganized, uncoached, soft, soft, freaking soft arse 4 and 5 star losers. I think a lot of people question not the W and L or ULL but the product hey out on field with kids LSU would not even sniff. The shameful thing for LSU is that we put O in that position, his job is to mentor and develop young men. There will be kids in this roster worst off in life due to the time they spent at LSU. To me that’s what’s really sad.
