I know, wrong board. But, I am already tired of hearing this kid's recruiting saga and exploits. By all accounts, a great prospect. But, just curious if his last name wasn't Manning, but with the same talent, would we be hearing all the hype!

There have been a lot of big name legacy athletes that get spots because of the name and then flame out.

I don’t wish it for this kid, but he better be able to back up the talent his name brings. Otherwise, he’ll be chewed up and spit out quickly.

If his dad was Peyton or Eli, he’d be better. Instead his dad is that “best of them all if he hadn’t gotten hurt” loser Coop.

If he continues to develop we'll see
I don't think he's a better prospect than Walker Howard
It's a little hard to tell since Newman plays a weaker schedule as well

Walker Howard is better and the future of LSU with Campbell protecting his blindside.

I truly do not give a frick about Arch Manning.

He’s arguably one of the best players in the nation at the most-desired position in all of sports.

Regardless of his last name, he’d still be getting the attention.

His last name just takes the volume from 10 to 11.

Cooper was the best athlete of the three and was the highest recruit before injury.

Arch Manning will never play for LSU…..he can get much better Abita coaching at many other places. It is time for the TD people to get a grip.

LSU had a Heisman qb two years ago and the QB coach came from the Panthers. We are one of the best QB destinations on the planet.
