Appreciation for Ross Dellenger

Hi Mrs. Dellenger

I knew someone would have such a response. It certainly is not the case. I just think his articles are well beyond what has been the norm...for example Rabalais.

OK stop reading. But I think it provides some insight into the recent history of quarterback recruiting. Obviously you may not agree with Crowton, but I think it is interesting what he has to say.

Getting handcuffed by CLM was Crowton's downfall. I grew up in Shreveport and was in high school with Troy Edwards. Crowton's offense in 98 at LaTech was one of the best I have ever seen. Tim Rattay and Edwards broke all types of records.
He was never given a chance to implement that offense at LSU

lost respect for this guy when he insisted on mentioning bouman's dui over and over again. like that was the only thing this kid had accomplished.

bullshite. He was given his chance at Maryland (fired), Winnipeg (fired), and will probably be fired from southern utah pretty soon.

I didn't say this was a Crowton appreciation post. I just think that Dellenger spends some time in writing good football articles.

I knew him in high school.
