Not buying it

They could have played dodgeball or something and he came up with those comments

Pumped about the Herron news and Peterson. We are so damn deep that someone is going to step up out of every unit. Wisconsin game can't come soon enough.

Avery seems like a great kid and comes from a great family.

Coach Grimes actually had 2 barbeque pits roaring out in the fields cooking up some Grimey Burgers. Heard the players loved it. They had 10 picnic tables all lined up in a single column. I heard Brandon Harris threw a beautiful ketchup bottle from one end of the table to the other into Patrick Peterson's little brother's hands. When everyone was done and cleaning up, Anthony Jennings ran a late bubble screen with Travin Dural which got a crushed paper plate to the trash can. Dural really showed some speed going down the field and loosened his shoelaces in the process.

Overall a good scrimmage and one that really shows what this team is capable of this season.

All this talk about Dupre starting but it could be Avery Peterson starting opposite of Dural. He is having a great camp!

Apparently Avery is in the running for return duties, as well. Tough competition there, though.

I'm getting a red X, but let me guess at the numbers:

Jennings 11/17, 210 yds, 1 TD
Harris 9/15, 186 yds, 2 TD
Magee 11 carries, 58 yds
Fournettte 10 carries, 51 yds, 1 TD
Hilliard 8 carries, 39 yds, 2 TD

Avery has really put it together. He's added weight and strength and gotten a better work ethic.

Probably the 4th wr right now

Avery will be the Kadron Boone and James Wright of this team. Will be lucky to catch 5 passes all year.

DT is scary because Herron is moving inside from DE and if Neal is the next option, that size is going to be hard to ignore at the position. Not sure what's up with Gilmore and Bain.

Never hear anything about Greg Gilmore. I was hoping these two would become the second coming of Brockers and Logan. Any insight on Gilmore? Is he going to play much this year?

Dude....it's sarcasm.

Low post count does not equal ignorance.
