% i'll say 10to15% range. It would take a lot of gifts for App to get it done. Never know a couple turn overs in the redzone and anything could happen. There is a 100% chance of me chowing at Dempseys at least twice that weekend. Now that i'm cocked and loaded for.

they beat Michigan at the Big House

And lost to Wofford and Georgia Southern. It was a huge upset, nothing more, nothing less. It's silly for people to think they can routinely beat the big boys.

We're not Michigan.

I think everyone here needs to clink on the "History" link to the left and checkout 1986.

Having said that, of course we will beat that arse, but they do have a chance.

Of course they have a chance, and they think they can win...

This is football, where no team ever goes into a game thinking they can't win it....When LSU sucked in the 80s & 90's, 80,000 people still filled Tiger Stadium expecting or hoping to see a win.

So it shouldn't surprise you to hear App St talking like they can win.

That being said, LSU pulls away in the 2nd half!

They have a chance if the entire LSU football team comes down with a severe disease they day of the game.
Other than that ...no.

Appyfan, saying that you have a 10-15% chance means you think you would win once every 7-10 times you played lsu. You want to revise that a bit?

Honestly, you have less than a 1% chance. Your upset of Michigan was a huge upset. Don't let that get you all crazy.

Now if you meant to place an decimal point there and say 1.0-1.5%, that would be much better. Still overrating your chances in my opinion, but better. 10-15% is simply crazy.

Temple MAN !!

I'll take that 1.0 to 1.5 chance !!!

John Chaney and Fran Dunphy, I like them.
Big 5 was great unitl Rollie ruined it.

I think the chances will always be low being that LSU has so many advantages but the GAME will be entertaining and will have people watching for longer than they want too.

They can't stop our running game. Don't compare us to any team that is above the Mason/Dixon line.

And Mike Hart and the Michigan O-line was garbage huh. Not saying That Ap. state conpletely stopped them, but they did a god enough job to win the game.

Why would a LSU fan start this thread????
Everyone is getting LSU so stirred up I'm concerned they will think we are Alabama or Auburn!!!!!! Maybe we better not use the "A" first and go with USA.........

The LSU players know they are better all across the board....It's VERY RARE that lightning strikes twice and I'm the biggest USA homer out there! I just want us not to get embarrased.
