From this fan's perspective, it was a blessing to have Stingley choose LSU. I truly enjoyed his presence on the field but somehow it seems he only gave us a glimpse of what we could've had from him. I know he's headed off to the NFL and his days here are done, and good for him- I hope he goes on to a wonderful career.
But seriously, maybe a 3 star that gives us his heart in every play would ultimately be better for us in the long
run. Or a walk-on for that matter...but truly bleed purple and gold.
