When teams start signing rookie free agents, he'll get his chance as a camp body.

Jai sure could wave a towel like a champ. Honestly I think I will miss this, he seems like a funny dude

this is the first year since i graduated high school (2004) that that underachieving towel waving mofo hasn't been on the roster.

He was a sophomore at Destrehan in 04, Jai graduated in 2006.

10. Jai Eugene CB Destrehan, LA - 10:21 am
11. Matt Allen OL Klein, TX - 10:29 am
12. Zhamal Thomas OL New Iberia, LA 10:40 am
13. Richard Dickson TE Ocean Springs, MS

Even though Al Woods never lived up to the hype at LSU, I would still consider him a bigger contributor.

Pep, Danny, and Jacob all bigger contributors.

Pep maybe, but Jai started more games and played more snaps than both McCray and Cutrera. Cutrera, for a variety of reasons, only started a few games replacing injured guys. McCray was a special teams demon but a liability in the secondary.

I always hoped Jai would have honored his Michigan commitment. Then Maybe Perrish Cox would have stayed with LSU

It's amazing how that offensive line class just simply evaporated

Yeah, it would have helped if we could have held on to Loadholt

That list is the reason for 8-5 and 9-4. That class was a disaster. Half that class contributed nothing to the program, particularly on the OL. Combined with the 2005 class, 8-5 and 9-4 wasn't as bad as it should have been.
