Even if this was true I think it's hilarious that he wasn't arrested because they were bitching about how the EBRPD and the DA dropped charges on JJ so that he could play.

As for bail.... not likely to post bail by the next morning after a bar fight, if one actually happend... maybe he'd be out by tonight... but not last night... cops aren't that stupid.... they'd keep him in a holding "tank" until this morning, then hang on to him until he goes before judge for preliminary processing after DA has finalized charges... assult, battery, etc. --- he'd be in ~20 - 24 hours if it was not felony assult.

if i understood correctly, he won the fight which of course means he will be arrested and charged with second degree battery. we rantards are experts at bar fight litigation and protocol. if he has any money you can bet the plaintiff sharks will be doing a wallet check on him. and of course walks ons insurance will need to be contacted. might want to call JJ for advise on do's and don't in this situation

I was at Walkons last night and my buddies told me that there was a fight with two guys in the band tent and that they were tazered but I didn't see any of it.
