Most of u old people think that the traditional is exciting but LSU doesnt recruit U, its about getting young peoples attention Tenn even picked up a black uniform and drew praise from several recruits, I know alot of u think it doesn't matter but to a 16,17 yr old kid they like stuff like that!

i'm 27. by no means an "old person." and your opinion is fricking retarded. if some young adult athlete really chooses another school over LSU because he "liked their flashy uniforms" then they can have em.

Yeah, traditions are so damn boring. LSU is LSU, we don't need to play dress up like the newbies looking for an identity & a "look" to cling to. LSU has some of the best & most recognizable traditional uniforms in all of the NCAA & I just don't understand why people think LSU needs to play dress up & make some kind of a statement. The tradition of the white jerseys is the story in itself, don't need Queer Eye for the Straight Guy messing with the uniforms.

Alot of LSU players wish LSU had another uniform, the white and yellow is and always will be one of the best in college footbsll because of the color scheme. Im just sayin it would be nice to switch up sometimes most people that have NCAA 2011 never play with the traditional always switch it up, cuz u get tired of seeing the same uni

On NCAA 2011 I play a lot with the White Pants, Traditional Purple Jerseys and White Helmets...That's a sharp frickin uni. I wear the all white alot too...but I always wear the Gold Pants/Helmets and purple jerseys vs. Auburn in tribute to the Earthquake Game, and I always wear our traditional White Jerseys with Gold Pants/Helmets against our main SEC opponents (Florida, UGA, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Alabama, Arky)
Nobody's making any decision off of NCAA 11, but it is fun to play around with the different unis on the game.
That being said, I am NOT a fan of changing unis up in reality.

Yeah, that swagger had us look like shite against Tulane in '07 and almost lose at home to Arky in 2009. No thanks.

Only losers change their helmets and uniforms. Traditional powers don't change their uniforms. Oregon has no tradition so they have to change their unis like socks to get attention.
The Ohio State changed their uniforms to Red helmets and look at them now!!!

As silly as the premise sounds, there is reality in it.
Nick Saban was quoted about the purple jerseys in easy non-conference home games being a recruiting advantage for LSU.
Oregon has distanced themselves from most of their western counterparts due to their uniforms.
Winning is undoubtedly a better recruiting tool; just ask boring ole Penn. St. and Alabama.
I don't want any tricks, but I would like to see LSU in their purple for this national center stage attraction despite the fact that it wont happen

we may not have a choice. LSU's right to wear white jerseys only applies to home SEC games. If Oregon is the home team in Dallas i'm sure they'll be wearing they're green, black, or yellow home jerseys while LSU HAS to wear white.
