Finally got mine yesterday.....the day after I got the email. Ticket distribution seems to be messed up this year.

I got tired of waiting so I called them and asked if they were ready because id come pick them up. She checked and they were ready so I went in and picked them up. Their process is ridiculously slow. I know season ticket holders of other teams who get their tickets by like August 1st

It’s bad when our first game of the year is at home so you’ve got people worried if their tickets will be there on time or not. It’s bad

The bad part is that I don't attend every game. So I make my usual contacts with family and friends to sell those tickets to the games I don't plan to attend. If there is a home opener, I need the tickets in hand soon enough to mail the tickets to them.
