Rained like Hell the whole first half, then the front roared through with about a 25 mph north wind. Sitting in the lower tier of the South End Zone and froze my noonies off. Never before or since have I seen so many headlights leaving the stadium on high beam.

Really? My childhood memories seem to recall a 27-3 halftime score. My family was going on vacation the next day and it was the first time in my life that I ever left Tiger Stadium at halftime.
