Yep. It’s one of my favorite away games. We rent a lake house at Lake Martin and drive in and out for the game. Not worth trying to stay in Auburn.

Holy shite the hotels in auburn are like 400-600$ a night for regular chain hotels. Thinking about staying somewhere southwest of Atlanta since the Friday we’re flying in we’ll be going to the braves/Mets game.

I went in the 90s once. Auburn is a great little college town and the people are generally enjoyable in my experience. Stadium is nice. Would recommend.

We going back this year. Rented air b&b close to the stadium. We booked months ago.
After the games, Uber & Lyft is sky high. Go the Southeastern Bar.
People were great my 2 previous trips. It will be hot

Good trip. If you didn’t book a hotel yet, I’d stay in Montgomery. Will make for an easier ride home on Sunday.

Montgomery

Thanks for Rec but we flying msy to Atlanta and going to braves/Mets that Friday. Montgomery would be out of the way in this case. Thought about staying near the peach tree city/Newnan area .

Went to the game in 2008. All the Auburn people were extremely nice besides one jackass after the game. But he was just butthurt that we won. Classic SEC game experience. Would recommend. That stadium can get pretty freaking loud!

The drive from ATL is about the same as from Montgomery.

Been twice. It's a great college atmosphere.
I went in the early 2000's when LSU/Auburn was the game of the year for both.

We lost both times :(

I’ve been to Auburn several times. It’s up there as one of my favorite away games to attend.
