geauxdan, nobody gets an educated reponse when posting on the rant. I used to get upset when I would post something I thought was intelligent. Then I realized most of those posting were Alabama grads.

'The simple fact is he prepares kids for the NFL". But out of a roster of 85-90 kids, realistically only 6-7-8-9 make it in the league & that mite be a high number. There is a DB now playing for the Giants who made a similar comment, but added his own addendum: "those of us who make it to the league respect him for that, but the rest of the team comes to hate him". This comment was made at the Senior Bowl when asked if he wanted the Fins to draft him ( Nicky had just become the new HC). He added, "not no, but hell no", further commenting that most players can take Nicky for 4 yrs & after that they've had enuff. Thus the blowup in the lockeroom after the bowl game loss, several seniors had had enuff.
