North Carolina is history! So many top seeds have gone down this yr, it's insane!

NCAA tried to stack the bracket to give the non-SEC “power” schools a more direct path to Omaha. Now they are all flaming out and we’re going to be left with the two best teams left in the field (pending the unthinkable happening) having to square off game 1 in Omaha
Dirty work by the NCAA

They showed a graphic yesterday that said, historically, 94% of Game 1 winners go on to win their Super Regional. That stat is not holding up well this year.

94%
More like 80 something percent but still high

79% of all statistics are just made up.

I'm sure they were making Omaha plans after that game one 18-2 win. Poor bastards.

It’s not 94%. It’s like 79%.
