Key to the whole thing is what exactly did they swab for DNA? Maybe they found one of Andrew's hairs on JJ's shoe from the kick. To many things us, as the general public, don't know that the investigators do know to make any judgments or to be critical about how it was handled

Good luck trying to prove when and how that hair got on JJ's shoe since the hair could have been picked up by JJ just walking in the same area Andrew walked in.

i have no issue with it given the situation. it was an unusual situation and timing, so therefore an unusual call for dna collection. They had contradictory evidence and it was there only differentiating way to corroborate the story one way of another. S

Like I said, there's no way they got a response on a DNA test that quick.
