Well the people in the USA that determine the Davey O’Brien award winner didn’t r en name joe burrow a senifinalist last year. So either they have no idea who he is, or don’t think he was even a top 20 qb. Which is it?

All year you have told this board that 1. joe burrow is a better quarterback than Dwayne haskins and 2. Joe burrow is a top 5 quarterback in college football. You've said repeatedly that everyone would see both of these things to be true by the end of year.

It’s now past the end of the year. State your case for each of those things being true.

He would need to average about 55 more yards per game over the course of 13 games this year to break it. I wouldn't say it's out of the realm of possibility, especially if we can use our running game to keep defenses off balance a bit and in turn protect Burrow better. That said, I'm not sure what it means to "blow up" a record but I sure don't see that happening.

Davey >> Rantards.

I believe he will too. The big play was missing last year, think we saw a touch of it in the bowl game though.

And no need to be a nit-picking arse... single season was implied to anyone who knows this is only Burrow's second season. (which is pretty much anyone in the USA who follows college ball)

If he breaks that record then LSU would end up destroying everyone and be in talks as one of the best teams of the last decade.

So no, it won't happen.

Apparently that pails in comparison to the number of people that either don’t know who joe burrow is or don’t think he’s a top 20 quarterback.

While we’re on the subject of people not knowing something, Davey threw for 3,791 that season if you want to make a true comparison.

I was referring to Rohsn's record which was in 12 games.

And Rohan, himself, said Burrow will break it... so really really tough to argue with the guy that set the record.

And I think with Brady's offense, Burrow & receivers will easily break the 13 game record.

Yes, the rest of us all do. Meanwhile you spent several pages arguing he doesn’t.

Hmmm.

- Troy is more talented than Lsu.
- Mike leach doesn’t run the spread offense
- Thinking your failed sales career somehow makes you an authority on upper level management thought processes

I’ll take being clueless over whatever you consider yourself to be every day of the week.
