Sulphur - Jimmy LeDoux
--------------------------------------------------
Him for sure! Also Arthur Davis, Bill Thomason, Mike Duhon
Hopefully to be added to list soon: Taj Jones

My bad. I'll read the full title of the thread next time.
Sulphur is one of the smaller 5A schools, it's pretty much always been one of the smaller in whatever the highest division -- it was AAA when Davis, Thomason, Duhon and LeDoux were there.
Also from there to LSU were Phil Moses, Clay Cain, Doug Boutte, Bruce Hemphill, Jack Lawton Jr., Jerome Francis

I thought Billy Hendrix was from Rayville?
He coached me in High School
Billy Hendrix, Jr. came out of Bunkie-- he was a 1980 signee. His Dad, Billy Hendrix Senior, was Captain of the 1958 LSU National Championship -- that's who I meant.

Catholic BR - LB Warren Capone
EDITED: was Donnie Jones
kevin franklin ended up playing at southern, not really competition
Forgot about Capone, two-time all american for lsu. Jones was a four-year punter and won a national championship and set all the records though, he is a close second.
