Alcohol sales in Ga. Dome?

Will there be alcohol sales in the dome for the SEC championship game?

Yes, they are suppose to cut off sales at the end of 3rd quarter....but cut it off after halftime for LSU/UNC game last year....

I was there in 2007 and there were no beer sales.

I asked this earlier today and most thought the answer was no. They sell beer at bowl and pre-season games but not at sec championship games. Can someone please confirm.

Bowls yes, seccg no, in my experience. Frisking is light.

No sales for the SECCG. In 2007 I was upset by this.

The only place they sell alcohol is club level

This is correct. Was there in '07, fortunately in Club Level. Could buy liquor/beer there in club lounge but could not bring it to seats.

Not unless you are in Club level or a suite. I was in a suite in 2001. Not so luck in 2007. I'll be bringing my friend Jack Daniels in my boot in 2011.

Y'all are crazy. They don't sell at SEC games. They didnt in 01, 03, 05, or 07.

i thought it was an SEC rule that no alcohol can be served at an SEC game, which would make sense why its ok at a bowl game (just a neutral site game with an SEC team in it) and the SECCG which is an SEC game
ETA: i'm wrong. its just no SEC schools allow beer sales, not that its an SEC policy
