Alabama away tickets question

Did anyone else's Alabama tickets disappear from their account order history last week after being charged for them?

Mine did also. I called the ticket office yesterday and they said they were having problems. The ticket agent could see my tickets and even gave me the section and seat number. It did scare me. He said it was being resolved. The tickets do not show up on my LSU app either.

yes mine are gone. I assume they are assigning seat locations and then they will be back.

Thanks for the info from everyone. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt of a system glitch, but after a week I was starting to wonder if they over allotted or something

Yeah. On a similar note, they said last week that they would e-mail everyone by Monday (yesterday) about basketball relocation and never did
