Hurd has stuff that can be ace if he can command/control it but he's too inconsistent. Money will control what he has but his FB is flat and he consistently gets blasted. I'd rather take the risk with Hurd personally because you need him to develop if you're going to run hard into postseason anyway. You're not getting anything more from Money at this point. He is what he is.
