Thats kinda my point. There is a guy on sbnation who has a computer formula with LSU ranked around 20. Thats not how football works, you can't plug in a formula and determine the best team.

You know, if they just let conference champions into the playoffs, we would never have to worry about opinion polls or computers in college football again. All we would need to look at would be conference standings. Just champions playing each other for it all.
