After watching O's press conference after the game

It is glaringly obvious he's not only in over his head, he's drowning.
He didn't know what personnel was playing in the first play of the game. He didn't know. He's the head coach. He gets paid 3.5 mill a year. He didn't know that we had a third string running back in. On the first play of the game.
Youth, lack of depth, new system, injuries.... all of these are problems. But our head coach didn't know who was in the huddle, the first play of the game, nor why they were in the huddle.
This is a huge fricking problem.

Brosette and Williams were both in.

His position coaches select the roations.

The onside kick with over 7 min left and only down 10 told me every thing I need to know about the moron

He should offer to take $10mil of the buyout and leave on his own. He won't though.

He's paid not to know. That's the model. Pay O $3.5MM, pay the coordinators $3.3MM, and everything is hunky dory.
Who could have imagined having a HC that you can't trust as an OC or a DC would lead to an unmitigated disaster?

Hire Hugh Freeze or Bobby Petrino...even Lane Kiffin. I don't care, but I will not pay another cent to football. They don't deserve it.

Not according to him. His exact quote was "everything goes through me"

No shite, what's even more concerning is no one talked him out of it

Its the first damn play of the game. In a sane world, that play was scripted in advance. In a sane world. But our jambalaya gumbo coach didn't know.

Do you want a head coach or a micro manager?
Supposedly Dave Aranda is a fantastic defensive coordinator. Has O told him to change his coaching style to result in our current crappy defense? NO.
Supposedly Matt Canada is a great offensive coordinator. Has O told him to change his coaching style to result in our current crappy offense? NO.
Has O been calling offensive and defensive plays? NO.
Are we being out coached? NO.
We are being outplayed, and we are especially being outplayed on the offensive and defensive lines. Poor college athlete play comes from lack of talent, training, and emotion.
Talent is a result of recruitment and retention. Are the current HC, OC, and DC responsible for 3/4 of our recruits? NO. Only the freshman. Are they responsible for poor retention this year? YES. Blame from most to least: HC, OC and DC, position coaches.
Are they responsible for poor training? YES. Blame from most to least: position coaches, OC and D.C., HC.
Are they responsible for poor emotion this year? YES. From HC, OC and DC, position coaches.
How to address: First emotion, must have aggressive play without penalties. This will have the largest impact on the rest of the season! Second training, must continue. Third recruitment, not a factor for this year!

WHAT LSU games are you watching???
We have been out coached and O even owns up to that. Troy coaches ran circles around ours as far as game prep goes.
