My personal choice.... a 4 year starter at the hardest position there is....
After the struggles we've had at that position recently, I'm not surprised. From Hodson's very first snap vs #7 ranked Texas A&M as a freshman, he looked calm, capable and in complete control. His talent might not have translated to the NFL, but I would bet that we would have at least 2 more SEC championships and at least 1 more national championship if he (in his LSU prime) had been QB during the last decade or so. You can't say that about any of the others on that list, including Cannon.

It was a hard choice between Faulk and Dorsey. Faulk was an unbelievable offensive and special teams weapon. and Dorsey was an unstoppable MONSTER throwing OL around like rag dolls. I voted for Dorsey because the guy truly AMAZED me!

Maybe he's referring to the Hudson Hornet!

Tyrann is the best LSU player ever and he's not even a choice
That's because he got kicked off the team.
I know some of you don't give a shite but it does matter.
Tommy Casanova is the answer by any LSU fan that's been around longer than past 10 years.

What I wouldn't give to have another Hodson...

Having watched both play I thought Chad Lavalais was better than Glenn Dorsey. Lavalais manhandled centers. There was a dent in the middle of the OL on every snap.
He had 16 TFL in his senior year.

I can see if you want to say that there is a better football player than Fournette, although I think he may be, but he has to be the best RB. There has never been a RB at LSU like Fournette. And that's not discrediting any of the other great backs we've had here. The dude barely had any threat of a passing game, everyone knew he was going to be pounding the ball in between the tackles, and he still delivered. Let's not let the injury-plagued season cloud our vision of the greatness we've had the opportunity to witness for the past three years.

Billy cannon is on the ballot. He is the first name that you have an option to vote for.
He was recently added, he wasn't an option for the first two days the poll was up

Jughead destroyed LF's college career. For that he will always have my undying contempt.

Honey Badger in a walk. God designed him to be a natural playmaker magician. His production was phenomenal and consistent. No one else comes close.

But Casanova was in a league of his own. He started at tailback as a sophomore then switched in season to db and still was an all american.
Hell of a punt returner too.

Tommy Casanova was the best, period.
