Can we just enjoy the Championship without this silliness

It’s a federal Fkn law moron.
Show me where calling someone black “black” is discrimination against blacks, and show me where calling a black guy acting like a bitch a “bitch” is discrimination against blacks.
Is it not true that the guy is black? Is it not true that the guy was acting like a bitch and is continuing to do so on social media?
Making it very clear who you are calling a bitch is important. There were white guys right next to the black bitch. Were the white guys being called out for acting like bitches. No because the lady made it clear which of the guys in front of her was acting like a bitch. That’s called adding clarity or specificity to the situation.

You are right it’s hard to enforce but being caught isn’t “you got me (finger guns)”
It’s getting arrested and charged for trespassing.

I’m not playing this charade with you. You know damn well it was used as a racial slur. If you don’t think so I don’t really give a shite. I’ll take the opinion from a lawyer who understands employment and discrimination laws. It’s obvious you aren’t one.

The University and atheletic department may not care about Deangelo doing what he does, but I know of several LSU fans that really wish he would just go away. He looks like a fool on TV, he's full if himself because he thinks he's famous, and on more than one occasion I've heard stories like yours. From now on, if you see him at an event, any event and you don't think he's in the seat he should be in, have security check his ticket. That goes for everybody. That's how we deal with things like that. It's a shame too because his sister played for LSU and generally I would look down upon treating a former player's family member negatively.

You keep on bringing it up as if it matters. Making management decisions on the context of race is a no no. Calling someone black in a public argument is irrelevant to that. Even with folks who get cancelled and lose their jobs, it’s a PR move, not for legal reasons.
So why do you keep on using that appeal to authority fallacy?

Contrary to what blacks have been sold by Dems and white women everything blacks believe is racism or discrimination is not the official definition of either. They do not get to define racism towards them. They can define what offends them, and then they can figure out how to get over it without affecting the rights of others.
Liking your own culture is not racist.
Not liking someone else’s culture is not racist.
Not liking a black person is not racist. Not liking many blacks is also not racist. Rinse and repeat for individuals from every race, culture, creed, and so on.
Labeling someone what they are is not racist.
Not calling out a black narcissistic annoying bitch is more likely racist because it’s very likely not done because of his race being held to lower standards and expectations than the other races.

If you don’t think so I don’t really give a shite.

Stating his race before the insult was using it as another negative against him. It was not being descriptive. I do agree that it was being used to be more offensive. There's no need to define his skin color during a heated argument that has nothing to do with his race.
I usually defend people like her in these videos that try to make them look racist when they aren't, but I can't when she went there. It was unnecessary.
People are too quick to call racism, but it likely takes someone with some prejudice to bring up race during this exchange. Disgusting to see that done publicly and in front of her kid. Kind of sad how so many people think it was just being descriptive.
That definitely comes from a place of hatred or prejudice to include it here. Glad she got it all off her chest and out of her system. And now she just wants all the videos removed.
Sounds like all he said was, "so what?" He didn't even bait her with anything else? And I love how she tries to claim it was all about her son when she clearly seemed bothered by him switching seats the entire time. She clearly had it out for him regardless of her son. Her son was the one begging and pleading with her to stop and she ignored him. And most people want to defend her here. They were both in the wrong, but I am surprised that's all he said to cause her to go nuts.
I really can't believe he didn't start it by calling her a white something, but it looks like he actually didn't. He was just an a-hole who laughed her off the entire time and he's still an a-hole.

We settled that Team One is Ryan Clark and that he is a major race baiting pos, as always.

He has it hard man....he didn't do anything, but it is difficult for him because he is such a popular celebrity...lol...but he will gladly take a pic with the kid. The thug actually thinks that he is somebody famous.

If you had spent this much time and shown the same passion toward a career, you might not have to live off the govt just getting by.

If she got fired for having to deal with that thug criminal....probably shouldn't be working for those people anyway.

Lol
The funny thing is that you and your thug criminal friend think that you are fooling people into thinking g you are some random poster. Both of you, if you combined your IQ, would not touch 100. Don't forget what I said about looking into your welfare.

I am just guessing of course, but she seemed sweet when she played. I'm gonna guess that she doesn't approve of his antics.
