Weather forecast shows 100% rain chance for Saturday in College Station. Could cause more reliance on the run game too I guess.

His competence as a PASSING QB. Can he read defenses, check out of a bad play call, extend a passing play or will he cut and run too early too much?

Not 100%. The whole team did that; defense gets the lion share.

His discipline to stay in pocket during Alabama game first half was critical ...he did that in some other games too...but o line was lights out too in those games...can he do that consistently when oline cant give him more time?

If we run for 500 yards and 50 passing yard with a 20 pt victory I would be happy. Winning is winning.

It’s amazing that Jayden Daniels still has to prove things to some of you people.

A&M has one of the worst rush defenses in the entire country. Just run the ball all game long.

If we don’t throw it too many times on first down and run the ball well JD will be fine. That’s always the formula for us, there’s no secret to the passing game other than putting JD in short range down and distance.

JD has played excellent down the stretch except when he was sick in the Arkansas game. Odds are he takes care of business vs A&M.

And BTW he’s passed for 2377 yards and rushed for 740. That’s 3117 yards of total offense. What the h*** are you still measuring dude?

If he can efficently pass under pressure.

Arkansas game raised a question that has not been answered.

We need this to win the Natty. If he can we are favourites to win it.

Excuses...he looked fine; didnt see him dragging like MJ in 96...if he had it he was well juced up.

It is an issue because everybody thought he has learned out to operate the offense and react pre and post snap by the time we played Ole Piss. He acted more like the Auburn game instead. Its not all on him cause O Line was subpar but he couldnt make plays out of those situations.

You serious? He looked like he was playing in a fog. You lost all credibility with this take.

He did but not because of sickness. Body language, sideline especially, pics and videos after game in plane, Kellys comments all were proof. And how he acted during UAB game under pressure makes you ask.

So, if he passes for 300+ yards against aggie... but DOESN'T... against the #1 team in the nation... OR, gets more pressure in the pocket from Georgia and has a bad passing game, what is the assessment you make?

What does that say about "the rest of the season"?

Its just not pass stats; its a specific sitiuational play that is critical I am talking about. Needing to pass under pressure. Against Aggies if he gets pressured a lot and gets to pass and make plays consistently then I believe we can win against the possible remaining teams 7/10 times...if not then UGA will be a toss up game; our offense will have a clear weakness and we will need our defense to lead the charge. We will also have to deal with this during playoff or bowl games.
