We just fired our coach so we havent exactly been knocking the socks of people lately in TS so I can see why many students leave early. These last few years the product hasnt exactly been fun too watch besides fournette but as the team continues to play better I think you will see a better student section. Its just how it is not everyone in the student section is die hard fans. It is also midterm week too so Im sure that had an impact

I was just referring to the fact that maybe some people missed the game for this reason. I personally know people who did.

Lot of old mad ppl ITT
I try not to leave early, but when I do, it's solely so I can get home. Both entrances to my road are closed after game, not allowing me and thousands of others to get home after games. The road usually doesn't open until 11:30-12:00, mind you this has been after 6:30 games. So a cop will sit there at the turn, making sure nobody turns down a road that runs perpendicular to contaflow. I've had family and friends stay with me who don't know their way around Baton Rouge denied entrance to the road to drive towards the casino instead, making everything a massive cluster frick.

BS with the "it was just USM or Mizzou" fodder, the student section emptied like a drain had been opened at halftime of the MSU game, first SEC game of the year, & ended up being a 3pt game. The game this weekend was tied at halftime, TIED, but all the "great" students ran off, couldn't hang around to cheer the team on. And if LSU ain't winning at halftime of any of the remaining games on the schedule, the pansies will be heading for the exits. No loyalty & NO understanding of the privilege & tradition of the student section & Death Valley.
