Maybe you should actually look shite up. 2016 bama almost had as many players drafted as lsu did in 2014&2015 combined. Anyone that cant tell that bama is significantly more talented than any other cfb program is just ignorant.

Actually, ATVS did a great write up on this.

LINK

LSU actually is underachieving vs SEC competition, but not as much as posters would like to think.

K. Our only bad years were 2008 & 2014.

I dont hold ATVS over the plethora of other sports sites that point to miles being a top 10 coach.

I never predict anyone to go undefeated because every year a team will have to get over some sort of hurdle. We have no idea what injuries teams will have, and teams will have an awful game or two. Of course I'd love to see us go undefeated and we have the potential to do so, but I'd say the safe bet would be 10-2 or 9-3. Tough games with Florida,Bama,Wisky, and Ole Miss.

Sneaky games with Auburn (never easy to win on the plains),Arky (Their style is bad for us and it's after Bama) ,and A&M (Their defense is getting better and they have very good receivers. We also have no idea what to expect from Trevor Knight and the game is on a Thursday). Plus these 3 games are all on the road.
I would be shocked to see a team from the SEC go undefeated.

This is always the argument of people that have no argument.

Thats not data. Thats opinion. Saying Miles has underachieved is an opinion dumbass. Educate yourself about cfb.

No they dont. How did Saban create the luck where arkansas converts a 4&25 to keep the game alive?
Bama wasnt even playing.
How did Saban create the luck where voters would leave out a far more deserving team?

Yet we're averaging 3 SEC losses a year over the last 4 years. I guess as long as people like you are happy with that then we can look forward to many many more years with LM on the sidelines.

Why stop at 4?

Second most wins in the sec in that time span.

Yeah how dare lsu fans wanr its winningest coach ever to stay around. God i hate our ignorant fans.just plain stupid.

Were you shitting on Saban's tenure at lsu?

Its like you dont pay attention to other programs. Where are all thee prohrams that dont lose 2-3 regularly and do they also play in the hardest division in hardest conf?

From 2009-2013 only 4 programs were able to win 9 games every year. 4 OUT OF 126
and lsu was one of them.so stop acting like there are all these programs that dont lose 2-3 games as the norm. Because there isnt.

This is put up or shut up time. If Miles cant win the west this upcoming season then its time to move on but that doesnt change the fact that he has not underachieved the majority of his tenure here.

I jist find it laughable how all these fans believe that lsu recruits itself and if we change head coaches our recruiting stays the same yet we have evert facts proves this theory wrong.

Saban brought LSU back from the dead while winning 2 SEC titles and 1 NC in 5 years.

I think most of us want to see the program win championships, and on that front Miles has only equaled Sabans output in 11 years. That's the rub.

Saban walked into a program littered with future nfl players and lost less than 3 games once. This notion that Saban walked into a talentless rostee is utter bullshite. Do i need to list all the future nfl players that were on that 2000 lsu roster? They are some of the very best players ,at their positions, in lsu history. Our 2001 roster and 2002 rosters were absolutely loaded and he lost 12 games in 3 years including UAB.

Yeah it's a shame Miles cant win the sec west woth 3 conf losses like Saban did in 2001. If he could Miles would have 8 sec west titles.

Who are all these programs winning sec titles besides Bama. Who are we hiring that can beat bama on a regular basis without losong to mid majors?
That coach doesnt exist

Also Miles is coaching in a sec that is far harder than the sec saban coaches in. Saban at lsu never once faced a sec team that won a title. Not once.miles has either been or coached against a title team every year but 2005 and 2014.
Sabans at lsu the sec was no where near today's sec.

So based on your comments, it looks like you are suggesting we should give up all hope of beating Bama except maybe once in ten years, and accept annual or semi-annual losses to Ole Miss and Arkansas and occasionally Florida and be happy with Les because any other coach would also lose 3-4 or more games a year at LSU. We should just accept and embrace the fact that LSU will never be better than a 2-4 loss a year program.

By the way I'm not advocating getting rid of Les right now, but 3 or more losses with this year's team and I will be.
