I don't think LSU has to move any of these kids to TE, they just have never had the ball really thrown to them with any kind of regularity to use their great size advantage to make plays happen

Tell that to O. Hes the one who said he was thinking about moving one or more of the bigger WRs to TE to fill a needed void there.

I think he's pressing if he is talking about a void this season because they have TE's. Moreau, Washington, Moss, the kid Canada recruited(can't think of his name right now). Lol But next year he'll be in a fix with both Moreau and Washington gone and who knows who else, but that's why I hoped they had signed Curtis' TE Glen Beal who is at AtM now when people kept saying no, no, we don't need him, well, you kinda do now.

I know none of them are built to block. I don’t even want anyone moved to TE. Just basing my prediction off of Orgeron saying they could move someone there.

Stephen Sullivan 6-7 235
Dee Anderson 6-6 229

If we can teach these two two be better blockers, having a couple hybrid WR/TE's could be quite effective. Send out your 4 WR set with these two in the slot. If they respond with a dime package, you pull them in as TE's and use the advantage to run the ball. If they don't use a dime package at least one of these two will have a mismatch with a LB or safety and you use that advantage and pass. Maybe do a little no huddle so that can't adjust and wear some players down.

And I'm still waiting for us to drop out a jumbo wide out set on the goal line. Send Sullivan, Anderson, Davis, and 6'6 TE Washington (as 6'7 Pettigrew is injured) and just find the worst height mismatch. With 4 big wideout's, one of those guys is surely being covered by a 5'9 DB.

No question. Matchup nightmares, especially when on the field at the same time and especially in the redzone.

I think we have all been waiting for that since we recruited these freak athletes.
