Congrats to those guys. Since we basically took there whole staff it may be a great sign for our defense this year.

Maybe. But maybe it was good players rather than good coaching? We’ll see.

It's a good sign. I think Baker will be good for us, but Drink is a damn good coach and it shows. Hard finding a coach that does more with less. All of their players execute and play sound football. We pulled that win out of a hat last year. They had us in the first half, ngl

Fact that even with the best players, a shitty coach will screw it up.

True enough but good players can make average coaches look good. Curly Hallman and most people on here say Orgeron come to mind.

For fricks sake.

They were a bunch of 2 and 3 stars out if high school. So they were either developed nicely or the staff had a great eye for potential.
