Antonio - I knew it wasn't you. Thanks for the clarification though. But it was my mistake, testing irony on a RANT. Irony and sarcasm rarely translate well in this medium. It either sounds stupid or mean, and I didn't intend either.

I prefer night games when LSU is where it sat in the 2003 to 2007 window of winning in terms of national prestige and talent vs SEC peers.

And though a still Top Ten Program and loaded with top-ranked signing classes..

With Alabama and Florida putting a lil' line of demarcation over LSU over the past two seasons..

I say all the CBS game(aka assorted day games) coverage, is well needed by LSU, and in an ever-increasingly tougher SEC(HCs and talent improving at most all)..

LSU badly needs to win some ranked tilts on big-time tv.

My best guesses for the home schedule:

MSU (ESPNU @ 6pm)*
WVU (ESPN/2 - night game)
Tenn (day game of CBS double header) (UF/Bama night game)
McNeese (night game)*
Bama (CBS - 2:30)
ULM (night game)*
Ole Miss (CBS - 2:30)

My best guesses for the away schedule:

UNC (ABC - 7:00)*
Vandy (ESPNU - 6:00)*
Florida (CBS - 2:30)
Auburn (ESPN/2 - night game)
Arkansas (ESPN/2 - night game)

That would make 10 nationally televised games if you count ESPNU.
WOW! The Auburn game could be a CBS game if Tennessee sucks arse this
year. Right now I'm assuming that the Tenn/Bama game will be at the
2:30 slot.
