I saw a sign in the Cici's lot showing $100 to park there for the Saints/Dallas game. They couldn't fit another car in there either.

That's the way the parking lots work. If you call a week or more in advance you could've gotten in that lot for $60. They know there will be plenty of fools who didn't take the 5 minutes it takes to pre-book a parking spot somewhere.
Again, the CiCi's lot is only $40 for the Cotton Bowl if you reserve a spot now. It's probably going to be pretty damn cold on Jan 7 and I like knowing my walk will be nice and short.
