AU is on fire.

KU wishes they had Zion.

Total praise for both Bill Self and Bruce Pearl....

That last one is probably the most damning indicator of the underlying agenda set forth by the NCAA and national media.

Outside of LSU/MSU, I am most looking forward to Auburn/UNC (assuming they handle UW)

Well if we didn’t self flagellate on a national level our coach would be coaching too

I love how there was no mention of Auburn’s assistant coach in trouble right now.

Agreed. But I do think they are running into possibly their worst matchup in the entire tourny. Auburn has to run. I just dont see them beating UNC that way.

AU could’ve easily lost to NMSU if guy hits more than 1 of his 3 free throws

They also played the worst KU team in the last 15 years. Carolina by 15

The commonality between AU and KU is that their leadership shut the frick up and in doing so completely controlled the narrative. Still do.

I hate Joe Alleva and F King with every fiber of my being.

2 things A. The SEC is the best conference and B. Pearl is much better as an underdog. He’s kinda Dale Brown 2.0

Not even close. Bruce Pearl can't hold Dale's jock.

I would put Brown above him too but what I mean is in this underdog role he’s knocked off some really good teams, he always has. When he’s ranked high or loaded he stinks it up.

I can agree with you in that sense. Bruce has a similar F the NCAA attitude as well.

Or at least he did. Until he got popped. Daddy Dale never gave up that attitude.

I should’ve been more careful and specific with the comparison. I love Dale and I don’t think Pearl is equal only that their character in the scheme of the tourney is similar. Not character makeup but playing the character of the underdog upsetting teams and how much better they both operated in that role.

We've blown 2 15 point leads to teams that aren't near as good as KU, even though KU isn't as good as usual. It's okay to take off the purple and gold blinders and give other teams credit sometimes.
