$90 tailgate fee?!?!?

So I just got stuck for $90 to drive to the Parade Grounds. $40 for the truck and $50(!) for the pull behind BBQ pit which they classify as a trailer. Where does this money go? Any clue?
I remember them saying clean up and upkeep of the grounds but that doesn't seem to be the case. Got out there and the entire parade grounds is infested with fire ants. One would think they would at least make an effort to kill those off.

Blame Hurricane Isaac for stirring these up. My back yard is now infested as well.
Being that a hurricane landed 3 days ago, I would give them time to get things back to "normal." You're lucky you are being allowed to tailgate on the parade grounds considering the condition it is in.

Fee system was installed last season. Nothing to do with hurricane. Either trolling or ignorant

Yea fee was there last year. But the clean up is done for free by convicts anyways.

I was making a comparison Einstein.
It negatively impacted the atmosphere at LSU last season.
Anybody with a brain and a set of eyes knows that.
Tai gated in same spot for 10 plus yrs off dalrymple...last year sucked far as atmosphere.
It's a bullshite money grabbing tactic by LSU, that discourages people to show up.
Luckily for me though I don't care about it as much as I used to... Doesn't make it suck any less for others though.

LSU is charging for tix for the game tonite!!! This is unfair. Everyone should be able to go to game for free, since we are forced to do go tailgate and attend the game. Greedy asses.

I swear to God if LSU said you had to buy a $20 pass/game to go piss in TS some of you would say, thank you sir, may I have another.. anybody that doesnt agree with this piss pass obvioulsy didnt major in economins bla bla bla fricking bla.
