1-1 focused on making it 2-1 next week.
our season as far as national title contenders was over after last week. but we still control our own destiny in the SEC. lets worry about that before we start tallying up our overall season record. an SEC title is always our #1 goal

No games this year are give me's. Florida was depleted and not very good.
aTm is a toss up right now. We should beat Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Arkansas, but nothing is a give me this year.

There will be game or possibly two LSU will lose they shouldn't still left on the schedule. I just don't know which
Auburn-L but hopefully hard fought and didn't give up
Ole piss-W-But typically Plays LSU their best game all year

I should haven't to be hoping for 6-6 considering where this program should be with the right coach but it is what it is. I never seen this many LSU fans giddy about being medicore in all my years as a LSU fan dating back to 1981.

With the depth issues and youth on the field this year... I'd be very cool with 8-4.

It’s nice to be optimistic. Not delusional. I think we take these games one at a time and keep things focused. Play hard. The final W/L record will work itself out by season’s end. At this point predicting anything is unrealistic.

7-5 is likely (4-4 is SEC), 8-4 best case scenario. LSU won't beat Auburn or Alabama

Any loss to Ole Miss this year would be Troy-like in its impact. I know the Rebels have Shea Patterson, who is better than Etling, but what else do they have

Can they run the ball if so LSU will lose because LSU defense can't stop the run. I am still not sure why UF threw a pass yesterday.

THIS! I'm hearing friends getting excited after yesterday that we might be bowl eligible. Who are we, USL? Seems like only yesterday we were terribly disappointed to be going to the Chicken Bowl, now we are saying a little prayer we make the Walk Ons Weed-eater Poulon Independence Bowl so we have a chance to take a 4 hour drive to East Texas during the holidays. How far and fast we have fallen, and the "he talks like us" crowd seem ok with it.

We were missing 3 of our best players. Our best offensive weapon and our best lineman. No excuse to lose, but that was not a good team we fielded.
