I believe since the game has started, if he doesn't start the game, he can't come in later. It's as if he pitched already.

It says in the corner of the BigXII Championship meet that it is still a rain delay... I assume that means they will show it.

That is just when FSN is going to resume its tape-delayed coverage. The game is resuming at 6:15 p.m.

Just confirmed that with Dave Neal. They're cutting off the track and field at 6:12 (or so) and will have three minutes of live into before first pitch.
Then they'll resume the track later on a tape-delayed basis.
