ETA: I guess the defense was to blame vs. Notre Dame in 2017 as well? The 17 points and failure to score from the 6 inch line were meaningless.

The defense got the stop they needed to get, and the offense fricked op not being able to get 1 first down the end the game.
The defense eve scored a TD.
Between the muffed punt and LSU going 3 and out and failing to ice the game, we left our very injured defense out to dry.
