If he goes 7-5 again next year or worse and this team completely unravels again (I doubt they ever 'ravel' so they won't actually unravel next year, just continue to slide) he contiunes to make boneheaded decisions will you still post this? His overall record will still look pretty good, but you will have to admit that he's going sharply in the wrong direction.
