Guess the gravy train is over and you have to actually pay for tickets like most of the rest of us. That's why I pay TAF's big Tradition Fund fees + give so I can have these opportunities.
Dad should have known he could have unloaded them to friends if he got more than he wanted.

Those of you who think prices will fall much from here are about to be very disappointed.

Oh, they will fall at some point..they will disappear very fast though when they do, lol.

The tickets I talked about are $950 with no fees, and those aren't the only ones that can be had around that price. That's already down over 20% from what they were earlier in the week.

I may come over from Houston just for this possibility. Also there is a possibility that some people I know with tickets will have one available for various reasons. I would hate to be here in Texas and get a call Monday afternoon saying one is available for a little over face.

Supply is staying high because a lot of LSU fans are waiting. The dome is just a drive away. Doesn't require much planning.

I don’t know I’ve been watching some seats in the 500 section. They have gone up 100-200 in the last two days.

I just wish it was illegal to sell above face value

You will be able to find tickets the day of the game in the 650-750 range. That I am sure of. The bigger question will be how long they will last.

They didn’t have this many seats available for 2003 and 2007. I can assure you of that. 4,000 available seats is a lot for a title game.

Some LSU fools need to stop trying to jack up prices and sell to LSU fans on a budget.
Don't shame people for getting what they can for tickets. Don't shame people who can't afford a huge expense this time of year. Generally speaking, just don't shame people.
I paid $2k/seat. Do I wish it was less? Of course. Am I angry about it? Nope. I won't be angry if the price plummets, nor will I gloat if it skyrockets. I'm simply not missing this game, and I wish nobody else had to miss it.

That’s how I feel. I paid $1500 for Lower bowl. Should I have spent that much? Nope. But I’m gonna be there for joes last game. Couldn’t care less if tickets drop to face. I’m happy where’s I’m at

When only 8,000 of us get tickets to a game that a million people want to go to there's not much you can do about it.. especially when the game is in nola.. I'm not selling my tickets but cant blame the people that do

I don't have any tickets for sale but who are you to tell someone that they should sell for less than market value just to help out some LSU fans on a budget?
If 4,000+ tickets are still available, then the tickets aren't at 'market value'. Something I learned in Econ 101.

This 1000. Maybe I overpaid, maybe I got a fair price. Either way I'm gonna be there when the confetti falls.
Geaux Tigers.

Don't shoot the messenger,he's stating fact. Sugarbowl committee screwed with CPS, now with BCS it was a different deal.

Just goto the Dome
Put the peace sign up for your 2 tix
Do this "RIGHT BEFORE KICKOFF"
Promise you, you'll get them at facevalue
No doubt that this will be the case. Risk is even digital tickets can be re-sold and if you're not the first one in the door you're screwed.
