It is a mixture of a shitty scheme and soft arse OL who thinks they are better than they are.
We have no OLmen with a nasty attitude who wants to run and it shows. You see how no one comes to Nuss's defense when he gets drilled?
Add in Nuss being soft and the whole O is no built for running. Now, a good OC who builds momentum by calling creative run plays can help that by having success, but Sloan isn't that either.
