Ok 2011 one good lineman, 2012 2 decent olinemen,2013 one decent olineman, 2014 one great olineman,2015 one good Olineman that didn't stay with us,2016 sucked,2017 , 2018 to be seen ,show me where we have a whole lots of great players playing at same time on line. As I said individually yes as a large group not so much. Maybe I am missing something here , I would think in order to get a good Oline you should get at least two really good lineman per class. I didn't see that in Miles area The year we lost to Bama in championship game we had the horses. Other teams knew we were going to run and couldn't stop us. Am I correct ? Seems to me we have had Great ugglies but by the time we get him help its time he moved on. In your defense I will say we have had to many juniors that moved on to NFL early.

Yes that Miles could recruit the hell out of playmakers and corner backs but couldn't get the big ugglies. Might not had been his fault but as you claim head coach is responsible.

This class was loaded with talent in 2018 but you idiots will keep harping on the rankings. Their play on the field is what I'll rank them on and this class has some solid players across the board.

I stand corrected 2015 alot better then I saw first time looking at your list.

Recruiting rankings have always been used as a measurement for recruiting success. Is it the begin all and end all? Of course not, but to suddenly decide that it has no value is just silly.
It’s amusing to watch those goalposts always on the move.
Same conference. Same division. 7- #1 classes in a row and 5 national titles in 8 years.
It’s not a fuching fluke.

Anyway, since you blame O for what happened, as you are insinuating that he muffed it all up, then explain to us exactly what you would have done differently had you been in O's shoes? I mean that's only fair because you are blaming it all on O.

The funny thing is if you look back at the recruiting board to this time last year you’ll see most of the same people high fiving over the rankings because we were in the top 5 through the Spring and much of the Summer until everyone else started to fill their classes.

Leonard Fournette
Derrius Guice
Darrell Williams
DJ Chark
Travis Dural
Malachi Dupre

Toby Weathersby
Arden Key
Rashard Lawrence
Davon Godchaux
Devin White
Kendell Bekcwith
Duke Riley
Tre White
Kevin Toliver
Donte Jackson

I just named the guys that are either on or will 100% be on an NFL roster.
21.
21 NFL players.

Miles wanted Marvin Wilson, Phidarian Mathis, Isiah Buggs, Ed Oliver, Raekwon Davis, Kendall Jones and Cece Jefferson. O couldn’t land them.
Hints why people are pissed that we didn’t have room for a top 100 prospect at corner that wanted to commit here.

So you saying Miles and his staff didn't coach these kids up. Only reason not to win at least a conference title .

Who was the coach that couldn’t “coach them up” enough to beat Troy or not lose to state by 30 or lost to an underdog Notre Dame team?
O beat 2 teams with a winning record. One of which was 7-5 A&M that just hired Jimbo.

This just in to the news desk. A sizable number of LSU fans on the Rant think Joe Alleva should be fired. Tune in for further details.

quote:Not at all what I said. I said when O took over there were at a minimum 21 NFL players on the roster. Which is why he gets no excuse for being shutout at home against bama, losing to a 10 point dog with the sugar bowl on the line, losing to State by fuching 30 points, losing to a sunbelt school or losing the bowl game because he’s a shifty coach.
So you saying Miles and his staff didn't coach these kids up. Only reason not to win at least a conference title .
In all honesty the State loss was worse than the Troy loss for me. When they took a knee with 5 min left I wanted to throw up.
