I was listening to Ruffino today. Head brought up that the OL was taking steps to block for a 49ers/Packers style of running game and that we will see more under center plays.

TBH, I would be super excited to see our running game mimic the 9ers. Plus they use the TEs very well. Blake also said we will probably see more 2-TE. I love how talented our WR group is but we will have some studs at TE.

This video talks about the outside zone running scheme. This probably sets up great for Caleb.

I saw a toss play but it was a toss stretch play. I love how there is always a cutback lane in the 9ers offense.

Wide zone, lots of playaction drops and bootlegs, maybe get two backs in there somewhere...I love it.

The offense is loaded. QB,RB's,TE's and OL. They will be hard to stop. So many ways to hurt the defense. Looks like another 40+ average per game. Get the defense to just play solid football this team will be in the playoffs.

I don’t mind this. Critical to be able to run some under center plays in short yardage situations. I also think it will open up some really nice play action options.

The offense will be fine, both running and passing. It's the defense that is in question, especially the interior line, imo.

If the offense is balanced and able to run the ball then yes the under the center play action pass will lead to a lot of big plays. This should only help the offense because for whatever reason if the offense cannot run the ball in any given day under center they can always utilize the shotgun passing game. But it is nice to be able to be multiple to be successful in many different ways.
