LSU: All of the talk in the SEC West is about Alabama, and the Tide has earned that, but LSU could be in a position to dethrone them. The Tigers, as always, appear to be a quarterback away from greatness. If Brandon Harris steps up, the Tigers may be able to take advantage of a favorable schedule that brings Bama and Ole Miss to Baton Rouge. -- Jerry Palm

Jerry Palm is the same douchebag that had Oklahoma State ahead of Bama in his final projection. I'll never forgive him for that.

He was playing above average before his hernia injury in the Bama game last season. What is this "if" they speak of?

Oklahoma State shouldve been ahead of bama and made the BCSCG.

Yeah I don't know why anyone would have a problem with that. Bama shouldn't have been there.

I really hate this misconception that Brandon was terrible last year. He wasn't the reason we lost a single game last November. It wasn't like the JL/J days were the rest of the team performed exceptionally well but the QB went 6/19 94 yards and we lost. The Oline and Dline were atrocious in November. Neither unit got any push whatsoever. Our oline allowed Brandon to get creamed and our Dline gave opposing QBs all the time in the world to throw. Football is won in the trenches and we were simply subpar.

Oklahoma State was a 35 point favorite and LOST @ Iowa State. I'm sorry but that is an unforgivable loss. I don't care who you are!!

I don't get this at all. Because they've added a QB that is shittier than they had last season they'll beat us and Alabama?

Les Miles is the other I believe.

You do realize that if that "douchebag" would have gotten his way, and OK State would have BEEN ahead of bama, we finish 2011 undefeated National Champs with what would have gone down as one of the best football teams/seasons in the history of college football.... you get that, right?

We dont know. They didn't play. Was Utah a better team than bama in 2008? What we do know is that Oklahoma State had a far better resume. If we arent gonna use resume then why even play the season? Just have the teams with the most nfl talent play for the title.

Oklahoma state had the far better resume.
