2015 basketballl expectations

I'd kinda like to see how Victor pans but just figuring he's a 7 pt. 5 board guy, which I'd be good with, I can see something like 12-6 or 13-5 conference and outside the 2 games in New York and a home game vs. OU, our OOC schedule looks pretty easy (a little to so for my taste) so maybe one or two losses there.
My expectations off that we'd be somewhere between a 4-6 seed which would give us an excellent chance to make the Sweet 16.
Maybe Ben puts us on his back, and/or someone else gets hot as well maybe further.
But my expectation would be a Top 3 conference finish, a 4-6 seed and a good shot at the Sweet 16 because of that seeding.

Top 4 SEC finish, lose our second game in the NCAA Ty. Inside D, rebounding, and inside O will limit us I fear.

You think LSU is an Elite 8 contender on talent alone?
No one wonder you dumbasses hate Jones. No concept of the rebuilding process and a skewed idea of LSU's talent level. We're going to be pretty damn good, but you don't just go to the Elite 8 on just talent.
It sucks because so many talented and well coached teams get upset in the early rounds every year, but for keeping the momentum I'm hoping for a Sweet 16
eta: and no, I'm not saying Jones is an elite x's and o's guy. However, he's not even remotely as inept as some of you guys think he is. We're going to learn a lot more about CJJ this season

Mine as well. Barring injury, there's no reason LSU shouldn't be in the hunt for the SEC title. I don't see a dominant team in the SEC this season like we saw with UK ('15) and UF ('14). A&M and UK should both be very good. Vandy should be much better. AU, MSU and possibly USC should be better, but not championship level better. Ole Miss, Ark, UGA should all be a bit down from last season.
Anything less than a top 3 SEC finish will be a big disappointment. On paper the OOC schedule is ok, but certainly not great. Can't afford many OOC losses if LSU wants to be a 4-6 seed in the NCAAT.
I expect them to make the NCAAT, but I never EXPECT any team to make it to X round. Too much of a crapshoot. One bad game in March can ruin an otherwise great season
