If we get a 1st round pick "if" it would be Landry real late 1st Rd

Lot of good players coming out in this draft and LSU is young team without a lot of NFL stand outs going pro

I think Landry and ODB will be key players in the NFL and JHill also

But there is much better athletics coming out!

Mett is a back up QB at best

Beckham and Mett will likely go before Landry. Landry is a late 1st or early 2nd. Beckham is a bigger version of Tavon Austin and probably a top 15 pick according to Mike Detiliier. He won't fall out of the 1st round. He is too explosive.

So, Welter has more upside than Beckham? How an NFL team doesn't have you in their front office is a mystery.

This is WAY off base. Wright, Blue and Welter will not go undrafted.

Coyote are you saying Welter will leave school now, after his junior year and get drafted in the 2nd round?

Ford went undrafted last year as was ahead of where Blue is right now. Blue is prob a better back but there are too many backs for a team to take a chance on an unknown. He will be an undrafted FA and prob make a team. Wright and Welter will not play in the NFL. They might bounce around and play on some practice squads at best.

Is that you Kiper?

Seriously, I hope you are good at your current job because that dream of being an NFL scout is just not in the cards for you.

I have bookmarked this just in case you really are serious. Come back in April and see how high your talent assessments are.

This is an incomplete list but it is how my Grandpaw and I see the upcoming draft playing out for the up coming 2014 NFL Draft.

On a lighter note its great to have a grandpaw you can talk about LSU football with. As I get older and having lost all of my grandparents I see how great these days are. Hope you and your grandpaw have many more thanksgivings to talk about stuff like this. Happy Thanksgiving!

Blue will not be drafted

And Landry goes in draft over ODB

JL is more of a NFL type WR so he has better value than ODB

depends on what team needs/schemes are.

Beckham is more of a homerun threat and is fater plus can do punt returns.

Landry is more of a possession guy with ridiculously good hands.

Too close to call IMO.

I could see ODB sitting in nicely with Seattle.
