That's alright, we'll get our shot at UNC on june 17th if they can get past NC state

I'm not worried about being able to beat them. I'm worried about a UNC-USCe series taking the favorable time slot and forcing us to play noon games again.

ain't no way that series is anything but primetime. UNC being the 1 seed and USCe winning 2 of the last 3 years and being in the championship series the other year.

ETA: Me and Harry Carry don't want to have to show up to work that early in the morning. It's much easier to work drunk from tailgating then it is working hungover from drinking the night before and waking up.

Yeah but it would be the only east coast game in our bracket, not that the NCAA ever makes decisions that make sense, but it would seem fitting that site 1 would be UNC

I would think that makes us site 1. Oregon (assuming they win) would be site 2 as an afternoon series that works for the west coast, site 3 would be UNC-USCe, site 4 would be CSF for the west coast

yeah that's possible too. impossible to predict the damn committee. similar to the MLB draft, I'm jaded and I always expected the worst. It looks like you're the same

also, keep in mind that they are east coast....more likely to be given early games because they are an hour ahead

yea pretty much. i don't expect too much from ESPN helping us out. i expect ESPN to make tv decisions based on the names of the schools and how popular they are in football/basketball because the name of the school is what will bring in viewers.

....actually maybe playing oklahoma will help us

Reading an OU message board...

I don't think that plays a factor because all of the games fit into a time slot where both time zones can see it.
