Lsu has 3 losses by a combined 18 points. Lost by 10 to Bama. USC lost to Bama by 46. Lsu is #24. Makes sense

No matter what I just want LSU to win. If they have no shot at top 4 then I don't care where the experts rank us

ETA: and that's not to say I disagree with your analysis

They are ranked #20 because they are playing Washington this week.

I agree with you, but there's several ways to look at it. Our best win is to a 5-loss Ole Miss team. USC beat Colorado and has won 5 in a row... That's the only "thinking" I can see that they made.

Again, I agree with you. We should be mid to high teens imo. 16ish. But it doesn't matter.

We are getting hosed by the ratings right now; there is no good reason for LSU to drop 11 slots after shutting out Alabama for three quarters and still holding them to 10.

Texas A&M got dominated on both sides of the ball by Mississippi State and yet they're still in the top 10 how does that even work?

Just keep winning and it will work out but I don't understand why our team is getting punished so hard for losses this year

This! Our wins are hardly impressive....it is ashamed that we have lost three games in which we gave up 16, 18, and 10 points.

It's all about the quarterback. We still don't have one. That's why.

The offensive game plan against Bama was garbage. That's not the QB's fault. Our offense has been a dumpster fire for years. The OL was a revolving turnstile against Bama. It didn't matter who we had lined up under center. We are a power running team that can't run the ball. It's beyond frustrating when you realize we were blessed with a once-in-generation talent at RB who will leave LSU without winning a championship of any kind.

The game plan sucked but Etling had opportunities. He just doesn't have the talent.
