Just watched, still exciting after all these years. Forgot how many errors LSU made that game and a couple of head-scratching baserunning errors too, but overcame...as champions do.

It was on a few days ago and I recorded it and watched it over several days. I think only 1 starting player (Lanier) on both teams had a sub300 batting avg.

My wife and I watched it, she is a huge baseball fan from Houston and didn’t know the outcome. Well she loved it. Then I showed her the radio call by Jim (the way I originally heard it because we had tv turned down and the radio up), which made it even better she said.

Still get that "tingly" feeling every time I watch it. So lucky for the opportunity to be there sitting 10 rows from the LSU dugout!
