Ridley would be wearing it had he decided to stay.

I'm not trying to sound racist, but we need to give it to somebody white. Every white player since the tradition started has a ring! Go ahead and bash me; I'm used to it!

Does Dickson get credit for this? He wore 82 when he got his ring.

Edit: Every black player since the tradition started has a ring too.

JAATH I thought about that after I typed it. I still give Dickson the credit just because he caught that TD pass. That dude was ballin before he hurt his hand.

Jefferson

I agree with this. He has been nothing but a class act thru all of the critics calling for him to be benched. The team really backs him so its obvious they respect him. Lord knows the kids has went thru hell with being booed like crazy, but he never let it bother him. I think he is a perfect example of the spirit that "18" tradition has been built on.

If Ridley somehow comes back then It would be a toss up between him and Jefferson, But I believe they should keep the tradition on giving it to a SR so that gets handed down every year, It makes it an acheivement thing that you have to fight for 3 years to finally get to wear that #18!! So the most deserving is Jefferson if Ridley for sure goes.....
